The sale was complete January 15,2001. I first looked at homes in late October and November with ample amount of listings to make my decision. I looked at several different styles of homes. I knew what I had in mind, and she provided more detailed listings including estimates of the homes sold in the neighborhood. This allowed me to narrow down my search to one or two homes. The service during the purchasing was also excellent. This was my first home purchased, and Kim Duclos introduced me to the concepts and terminology to allow me to make an informed decision about my home. She helped immensely in finding a bank loaner that could get the rates and service needed. The paperwork was flawless, and the sales agreement went smoothly. Kim explained all that was necessary to be done by me for the sale, and this ensured the process went smoothly. The overall service was great, and I have no complaints. I am unsure of Kim's experience with manufactured homes, but she quickly found out the special requirements necessary for financing and other matters. This helped me secure the home and financing.
