Kim Duclos – CRS

I grew up in Minneapolis Minnesota and started selling real estate when interest rates were easily 18 and 19%; I have been a part of the ever changing real estate market for some time. I obtained my license in Nevada in 1999 and I love working with Elite Realty here in the Las Vegas Valley. We have two offices, One West, near Durango and Sahara and our Eastern office near the 215.

I am a skilled listing agent as well as an experienced buyer’s representative. Whether it is new home construction, re-sale, vacation home sales, military family relocation, general relocation, it is all a part of what I call serving my clients. I serve the Las Vegas Valley. I am devoted to my community and I have an ongoing commitment with the Las Vegas Rescue Mission; I feel giving back to our community is crucial, enabling true balance in my life. I have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and built box homes that were sent to New Orleans when Katrina hit. I have volunteered with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, teaching at risk children. I am an active member of my church and serve most Sundays.
